I started this to test myself and see if I can keep up with it. Afterall, my boss recommended that I start a blog to sharpen my writing skills.
Ever since I was small, I remember my father telling me all kinds of stories concerning this country. I grew up to learning more and more about my country, the beautiful side, the creative side. All that led me to who I am today now, a creative writer.
I kept on moving this way until I heard it from a beautiful lady one day, she said "myths are just truths concerning the past that have been forgotten."
And I went "wooow, such a person exists, so much wisdom. I want to speak like this too."
Since then, that person became my inspiration, to tell my stories in a different way, in a mirror view. I mean, after all, I'm African, we have many stories to tell, so many.
My name is NERDie and my next blog will be on "myths vs truths". It will be pretty long and entertaining.
